§ 01 MANIFESTO · 2026

What's your problem

A seat at the executive table, without the seat.

AI to sharpen the decision. Never to make it.

We sit alongside your executive committee, without joining it. An outside, independent eye, tooled with several AI models cross-checked. Judgement stays yours. The signature stays yours.

§ 02 WHO THIS IS FOR

For those whose decision weighs.

Executive leaders (CEO)·executive committees·boards·leaders preparing a sale or succession·VC partners & family offices.

When every call engages the strategy. When the report circulating between two committees holds a weak signal no direct report will catch. When your teams present you what they've produced, but no one reads against their narrative.

At the moment of taking the seat, as at the moment of leaving. Onboarding and succession are the two sequences where the outside eye pays the most: on arrival to frame, on the way out to value the narrative future buyers will read.

We listen. We read. We cross-check with several AI models. We report back. Judgement stays yours. The signature stays yours. The gaze stays outside, professional, unbiased.

§ 03

Why WYP.

WYP is the acronym of a question: What's Your Problem. We listen first. That is our first precision tool.

The consulting market has polarised. Firms sell strategy slides, agencies sell production, tools sell dashboards, AI sells delegation. What's missing is a peer in judgement. Someone who sits next to the leader, with no stake in the house, no hierarchical dependency, and who reads what no one else reads with the same distance.

WYP.agency is a strategy studio for executive leaders and committees. Not a consultancy, not a creative agency. We work with a small number of founders, CEOs and executive teams for whom the decision isn't a routine but a signature.

Artificial intelligence is a well-read scribe. It is also an attentive reader. It accelerates reading: committee reports, board packs, memos, executive presentations. It sharpens analysis: cross-checks, internal contradictions, weak signals in what your teams produce. We systematically cross-check several models: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok. No model decides. The contradiction between them is our raw material. Judgement stays human. The signature stays yours. The gaze stays outside.

AI to sharpen the decision, not to make it. To understand, not to delegate.
§ 04

The method.

Four moves. Not a universal method, a frame that adapts to your pace, your committee, your voice.

  1. 01

    Listen

Three long conversations with the leader and the close circle. We reformulate what isn't yet said. We name the blind spots and the areas your teams don't surface, out of loyalty, habit, or because they no longer see them.

  2. 02

    Frame

Signed document: scope, engagement mechanic, expected deliverables, presence cadence. What's on us, what stays with your teams. Ready to share with your consultancy, your board, your providers.

    3 semaines
  3. 03

    Presence

Outside reading of internal output. Pre-committee. Augmented brainstorm on the decisions that deserve it. Notes to the executive committee on thematic topics. AI tooling calibrated on your language and your sector, never on the average.

  4. 04

    Watch

Monthly review. What drifts from the frame is named. What deserves weight is weighed. Weak signals picked up in internal writing, in the market, in competitor and analyst reports.

§ 07

Frequent questions.

Do you replace my executive committee?

Never. We sit next to it, for the duration of a decision or a mandate. The ExCo keeps the pen, signs, decides. Our role is to sharpen the call, not to absorb it.

Do you replace my consulting firm?

Rarely. Firms sell slides and team mobilisation. We sell a gaze, in continuous flow, on file. Both can coexist.

Does AI do the work for you?

No. AI accelerates reading and multiplies angles. It doesn't decide, doesn't sign, doesn't sit at your table. We prompt AI to understand, not to delegate.

Which models do you use?

Several, systematically. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok. The contradiction between models is our raw material. No tool decides alone.

Do you also support sales and successions?

Yes. The story of a company seen by a buyer is built upstream. We read your materials with a buyer's eye: deck, memo, info memorandum, before they're read for real. Outside-reading mechanic or thematic engagement depending on the sequence.

How much does it cost?

Mission framing from €1,500. All other formats by quote after the first call, free. We don't sell on standardised retainer.

How long until a first deliverable?

Five days after kickoff. The framing document is delivered, ready to sign.

Do you work in English?

French, English, Spanish. The voice is calibrated per language. A signature isn't translated, it's rewritten.
