This page describes what we collect, why, who has access, and how you stay in control.

Data controller

Data collected

When you request the guide from the homepage: your email address, chosen language, timestamp, and a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (for GDPR audit, never reusable). Nothing else.

Purpose

To send you the requested guide (two emails: confirmation, then delivery) and, occasionally, short editorial notes from WYP.agency. No resale, no advertising profiling, ever.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (checkbox on the form), article 6.1.a of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Retention

Unconfirmed requests are deleted automatically after 7 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until you ask for deletion, or for as long as your interest in our notes is evident.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, infrastructure, KV), European datacenters. SparkPost EU (email delivery), operated from Europe by MessageBird. Google Analytics 4 (anonymous audience measurement). All process your data within the European Union or under equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent. To exercise them: [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you disagree, you may file a complaint with the AEPD (Spain), the CNIL (France), the ICO (UK), or your national data protection authority.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets a cookie for aggregated audience measurement. You can disable it via a cookie blocker or the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on. The site works without it.
